Vivo Launches X300 Series in India, Offering Next-Gen Photography
Vivo has officially unveiled its cutting-edge X300 flagship series in India, introducing the sleek Vivo X300 and X300 Pro smartphones.
Running on the latest OriginOS 6, powered by Android 16, these devices are equipped with a high-performance MediaTek chipset for smooth, powerful performance.
Initially revealed in China in early October, the series has now made its global debut, expanding to select international markets just weeks after its initial launch.
The Vivo X300 series stands out by offering an optional teleconverter kit, enhancing its versatility.
With these new models, Vivo is clearly aiming to challenge Oppo’s Find X9 Pro and Find X9 head-on, positioning the X300 lineup as a direct competitor in the premium smartphone race.
The X300 Pro boasts a stunning 6.78-inch 1.5K BOE Q10+ LTPO OLED display, delivering a smooth 120Hz refresh rate and enhanced outdoor visibility thanks to Circular Polarisation 2.0.
Under the hood, it’s powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, coupled with a hefty 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB of fast UFS 4.1 storage.
Running on Android 16 with Vivo’s fresh Indian UI, it promises a sleek and responsive experience.
For photography, the device is equipped with an impressive triple-camera setup: a 50MP Sony LYT-828 main sensor, a 50MP JN1 ultrawide lens, and a 200MP periscope telephoto camera with OIS.
It’s all backed by Vivo’s powerful V3+ and Vs1 imaging chips, Zeiss color science, and the option to enhance your zoom capabilities with a 2.35x Telephoto Extender. For selfies and high-quality video calls, the phone features a 50MP JN1 front camera.
Powering the device is a robust 6,510mAh battery, supporting 90W wired and 40W wireless charging for fast top-ups.
Other standout features include an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, GPS, and an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance.
The phone also packs dual speakers, an Action Button, a large X-axis linear motor for haptic feedback, a signal amplifier chip, and four Wi-Fi boosters, all wrapped in a solid 226g body.
Meanwhile, the X300 is driven by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 (3nm) chipset, paired with the Pro Imaging VS1 and V3+ chips to elevate camera performance.
It boasts a crisp 6.31-inch 1.5K AMOLED display (1216×2640) and a versatile camera array, including a 200MP main sensor, a 50MP wide-angle lens, and a 50MP telephoto camera.
Additionally, it features a dedicated 50MP sensor capable of 4K video recording, ensuring top-tier photography and videography.
The phone comes in several memory configurations: 12GB RAM with 256GB storage, 12GB RAM with 512GB storage, and 16GB RAM with 512GB storage.
It also boasts impressive durability with IP68 and IP69 ratings, making it resistant to both dust and water.
Weighing in at 190 grams, the handset is available in three sleek color options: Elite Black, Mist Blue, and Summit Red.
The smartphone comes in three variants: 12GB+256GB, 12GB+512GB, and 16GB+512GB, priced at Rs 75,999, Rs 81,999, and Rs 85,999, respectively. The Vivo X300 Pro is priced at Rs 1,09,999.
Both models will be available for purchase starting December 10, 2025, through major retail partners, Flipkart, Amazon, and Vivo India’s official e-store.
