The Galaxy Z TriFold is Samsung's flagship foldable, showcasing an incredible leap in engineering innovation.

In a recently released official video, Samsung takes us behind the scenes, revealing the meticulous assembly process and intense testing that guarantees each Z TriFold delivers reliable performance day in and day out.

Samsung boasts a decade of foldable smartphone experience, with the foundation built on its groundbreaking titanium hinge assembly. Featuring dual Armor FlexHinges, this design sets a new standard for durability.

The brand also employs an advanced automated assembly system, complemented by 3D laser scanning to ensure the main display meets the highest quality standards.

Samsung is putting its main display to the ultimate durability test with a rigorous 200,000-cycle folding trial, ensuring it can handle 100 folds a day for five years without breaking a sweat.

The Z TriFold undergoes a high-speed CT scan to inspect crucial internal components, like the flexible printed circuit board, ensuring everything meets the highest standards.

Then, it faces a camera sharpness test to make sure its cameras are primed and ready for perfect shots every time.

Samsung is also running a "real-world scenario test," putting the device through a variety of conditions to mimic everyday use.

This includes testing everything from network performance and battery life to display durability and environmental factors.

Finally, Samsung puts the Z TriFold’s IPX8 water resistance to the test by blasting it with water jets from all angles, ensuring it’s ready to withstand the elements.
